What is El Dorado Community School PTA?
El Dorado Parent Teacher Association is a non-profit state certified organization made up of teachers, parents, students, administrators, and local business and community leaders devoted to the educational success of our children attending the El Dorado Community School. The PTA is a vital fundraising organization that helps to assure your children – Kindergarten through 8th grade – continue to have the programs, teachers, and extra curricular activities they count on for their continued success. The EDCS PTA is a powerful advocate striving to achieve excellence for our students and school.
Why should I join?
To INVEST in your child’s education. VOTE on important funding
for our kids, COLLABORATE on fundraisers, MEET parents,
teachers and community members who you may not otherwise
get to know, and PARTICIPATE in our school.
Who can join?
YOU CAN : Anyone who wants to invest in their children’s future
and make a difference for the education, health, and welfare of
our school. Be sure to join our Facebook page and newsletter
emailing list to stay up to date.
What does it mean to INVEST?
DONATE. The majority of your membership fee goes directly
ATTEND & VOTE at meetings. In person or through Facebook
Live on the first Thursday of every other month: September 6th,
November 8th, January 30th, and April 16th
VOLUNTEER. We need your help for an hour or two
